First Course  (choose one per person)
Egg Drop Soup: chicken broth, fried wonton, over-easy egg
Wilted Kale Salad: shaved fennel & Granny Smith apple, golden raisins, marcona almonds, orange zest, coriander & white balsamic vinaigrette
Classic House Salad: boston lettuce, blue cheese, tomato, red onion, English cucumber, brioche-herb croutons, choice of bacon ranch, dill ranch, buttermilk ranch or white balsamic dressing

Second Course  (choose one per person)
Winter Salad: sauteed brussels sprouts, toasted almonds, carmelized red onion and garlic, red wine pan sauce
Pulled Pork Lavosh: cilantro pecan pesto, caramelized onion, havarti
Chile, Cheese & Pork Frites: braised pork, green chile cheese sauce, queso fresco, chopped red onion and cilantro

Third Course  (choose one per person)
Braised Pork & Spaetzle: pork ragout, green peas, mashed potatoes, carrots
